PAYMENT AND SECURITY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or you may make payment through your PayPal account. All orders are processed through our secure server, using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. All information you provide is kept in strict confidence. Skool Plus will not share or sell your information to anyone. We also accept checks and ship upon receipt and clearance of check.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS Ground. Shipping is automatically calculated via our direct connection to carrier shipping tables. Next Day and 2nd Day air is available upon request for an additional charge. Shipping charges may be viewed by clicking on "Order", "Check Out", and then complete the delivery address and click on "Continue". We link to UPS shipping tables for actual cost calculation. The order is not completed until you "Submit" the order form.

Skool Plus ships via Ground Transportation unless otherwise requested by our customer. Please note that shippers do not count the pick-up day as the 1st day for orders placed with expedited shipping! Week-end days also do not count as delivery days!

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO
Orders may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air upon request. The shipping charge will be added to your order.

SALES TAX

State sales tax will be applied to any order delivered to the state of California.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of all of our products. You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for any reason. We will gladly issue a credit covering the value of your returned item, less shipping and handling charges. Authorization must be obtained to return an item after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for returns made after 30 days or not in the original packaging.

Should an order be returned to us marked "Refuse Delivery", you will be charged for the original shipping charges since they are paid by us when the order is shipped and are not refundable.
